Abstract

The paper presents some results of the research on the effect of 5 MeV electron irradiation on spectroscopic characteristics (optical and IR absorption, electrophysical parameters) of materials (sodium and potassium silicates) for thermoregulating coatings (TRC) obtained on the basis of rocks by hydrothermal-microwave method. It is shown that the electron irradiation promotes the formation of radiation-induced defects of different nature in the materials for TRC.
