Abstract

Luminescence properties of the colloidal GaAs quantum dots fabricated in pure ethanol by pulsed laser ablation are considered. Picosecond Nd:YAG laser with 1064 nm wavelength, operated in two switchable transverse electromagnetic modes (TEM00 and TEM11), was used. Blue and white photoluminescence of colloidal nanoparticles was registered.
