Abstract

It is shown that the THz power radiated from the InSb surface is increased more than by an order of magnitude due to the pulse front tilting with respect to the phase front. The use of grating coupler allows obtaining a quasi-monochromatic THz radiation with a relative bandwidth of about 0.14.
